There has been a lot of news coverage recently about the challenges facing the nation’s supply chain of essential products, including the meat industry. As a family-owned business, Butcher Boy is proud to have direct relationships with hundreds of vendors of all sizes.
With a strong knowledge of the market, we can skillfully manage our inventory to meet our customers’ needs. And because we have in-house butchers, we can work with whatever cuts of meats and sizes are available.
We will get the best product for the best price available. We will do our best to wait on our customers but be aware time and staff constraints may prevent us from having some products, freezer wrapping, separating packages, or some other services due to COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines.
If you shop with us on a day when we happen to not have the exact meat you’re looking for, you may be able to adapt your recipe to the many varieties we do have on hand. On our blog, you can find ideas for swaps and substitutions for many different meals.
